The RGL Belt Pulley Variator Speed Reducer is engineered for industrial environments that require continuous, smooth speed fine-tuning, constant torque output, and operation independent of electronic frequency inverters. Combining a classic, highly reliable dual-cone pulley stepless variator mechanism with an integrated gear reducer, this series allows smooth, step-free speed adjustments via a manual handwheel during operation. The casing adopts a foot-mounted, highly rigid design with exceptional shock resistance. All internal gears are precision-ground and advanced heat-treated to ensure that even when outputting at different speed ranges, it maintains perfect meshing, superior efficiency, and ultra-low operation noise.
